At The Gamers Lodge, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
